Today we ushered the most important course of the entrance education-military training for freshmen in the first semester 2013 of our International talents college of SBC University.Firstly，I am on behalf of the College，warmly welcome co-workers to attend our military training,also hope you can gain the generosity and normalization from this ceremony.
why military training?
1.It's the Education Mission of the "National Defense Education Act" for the college students,it's also the basic requirement to advance quality-oriented education and train the reserve forces for national defense.
2.The International talents college of SBC University will be a first-rate corporate university until it comply with the "National Defense Education Act".
3.Practice has proved that If Students intend to make their dreams to be true,and be a intelligent talents for this country and society, it is necessary to develop their full ability. The students join in the military training is a good chance for them to lean military knowledge, and accept national defense education. Military training is an important way for national defense eduction, which can make the students accept certain military basic skill practice, build an idea of respecting military and warrior, competition,fighting, enchance the perception of national defence, pemper their willpower, get their body strong and healthy, strengthen organization and discipline thoughts, improve the building of college and studying, so that all this can imporve students comprehensive quality. Therefore, every student should pay his/her attention on this, delicate themselves into this, in order to make a difference. Although 3 days are short, but this means a good start of strengthening quality education, it will make a far and deep effect on students' working life in the future.
4.Specially good for employee in the international marketing department on their listening, encourage, generousness, and finally will promote their executive capaility on work.
5.This is the efficient method that our students have intuitional understading on BC university style of study, school spirit, class atmosphere "team, competition, professional excellence" .
Therefore, I hope our students strive to do these as followed:
1.Engage in military trainingwith full enthusiasm and positive attitude. The three-day military training is the second lesson that students to experience military life, and study into SBC this vibrant powerful organization . I hope you will insisit full enthusiasm and the spirit of fearless tired, do not bother and repetition, and actively participate in the training.
2.Demands strictly on yourselves with military standards, obeying orders and commanding. During military training, all the participating students must have strict demands on themselves thinking and action in an standard of a soldier, train like a soldier, live like a soldier.Always remember yourself that you are " a real soldier "And also respect instructors and trainers, obey orders, Keep Strict Discipline , Follows Directions, and strive to complete all the training mission.
3.Civilied,discipined,polite,except bad habits,and establish new spirit .we should start from now,starting from me ,start from the lttle trifle near by us ,get rid of spitting,littering,loud noises,vandaliaing bad habits:establish a civilized, polite,good orderly fashion.we will creat a higher level,a new benchmark , particularly House on the student dormitory for senior in SBC and to build a example for new comer.
4.We need have the hard struggle perserverance spirit. Sharp Edge of a Sword Comes out from Grinding, and Plum Blossom's Fragrance Comes from the Bitter Cold.No bitterness of spirit,nostrong will,we will achieve nothing!Military training is not just physical fitness test, it is the will of temper, character training, spiritual purification.
5.Can persist. Because persistance is victory. Because we come for victory in the future life stage.
Students, colleague, the three-day military training is coming. Hope all of you to show SBC people vitality and making process with full passion,High morale, perseverance , mighty military posture. I believe you will finish this task succefully by the good organization from teachers, good training from professional excellent Instructors and positive,serious and intentions attendence. Students: Trust yourself! Our mission" To straighten the backbone of China Manufacturing in LED domain" is noble , glorious and great. You are doing as burdened with the hope of the nation in <People's Liberation Army Song> and burden the hope of SBC. We are a unbeatable power. You will run to international market with neat pace, all over the world. Forward, forward ! Our team is to the sun, to the last victory, to world-class. Let us sowing hope with glory and dream to start sail.
