The story of excellent worker in SBC

I know, I still have many places to do not well, there are many things I still need to learn. I am sure: there is hard, there harvest. I also believe that SBC never let the unfairness suffer from Lei Feng!I am a "seed", SBC is a "fertile soil." I''m happy, I grow up!
How time flies! I have worked in SBC three months until today.In the passed 3 months, I experience fulfilling life, worked happily, and feel moved! When I recall the first coming days, many feelings and scenes touch to me, just like they happened yesterday---the first time that I recited SBC Proclaimation,the first time I do the morning exercises,the first time I took part in the skill game and so on. SBC gives me the warm feelings like home,SBC do everything standardly like big company.
Firstly came to the company, I was assigned to the assembly Division, my main job is to install the screws. Because of the before habits that just value the high speed, so there are many screws left on the ground ,or uninstalled. Then the supervisor come to tell me that your speed is very fast,but just only yourself,you see there are so many screws left on the groud and cabinet,so the following colleagues need spend much time on do it,so it is waste time,you had better do everything as our company¡¯s template,SBC values the team efficiency. When the supervisor scold me ,many colleagues saw this,so I have words with him, but he did not argue with me,I saw his persistence and selflessness, I was moved by his attitude. I did not say anything and bowed, he said to me with earnestness: "manager deng said that we are a small company, but we operate everything as big company''s largest operation. What is a big operation? All the processes are functioning according to template operation is great!" Now think of it also was ashamed and impulsive.
Because the company has a lot of orders,we have to work overnight and overtime, when I see Mr deng worked with us day and night,i slowly understand what is a leader in SBC culture.
In SBC, I know a lot of colleagues who are positive and sincere, every day I worked with these people I believe I will become more and more outstanding! Here, I am full of hope for the future! Here, I feel every day growing up!SBC give me every fresh day, I would like to thank the company and colleagues.
